  • “I would recommend Solaris to any female leader that identifies as black, if they are seeking to transform their lives. The programme will remind you of who you are and what your passion and purpose is and how to embrace your difference to add your unique value to your organisation and the world.”

  • “Solaris is career and outlook changing. I am honoured and privileged to be a part of this incredible programme. Not only have I gained a sister-hood of talented professional black women & friends for life; I have begun to build a network of senior leaders, mentors, sponsors, coaches, entrepreneurs who will support and challenge me, will advocate for me and support my career for the long term. Solaris has taken all the positive bits of me, my career, skills and attributes and taught me how to shine!”

Director HSBC Global Banking and Markets

  • “Solaris has provided me with a license to BE – to occupy space and become my most skilled self as a black female leader in my male dominated career-field. Learning from and sharing honest and empowering leadership experiences, achievements and tools with member of the faculty and other leaders on the programme, has been catalytic. I would recommend Solaris to any black female leader seeking to unlock their next level of excellence and authenticity in a ‘double-minority’ (black and female) career field. If you want to do the work, to be part of the change that you would like to see – this is for you!
