Programme
The Quest programme at Solaris is exclusive to the Women’s Executive Development Programme Alumnae. It is designed to enable its participants to explore other gifts and talents that they may have and are not readily deployed in their current jobs. It is also designed to support Alumnae who may find themselves between jobs and want to secure multiple sources of income.
Programme: It is a 6 months targeted and focused coaching programme designed to support the participant in achieving a significant milestone in their sidehustle and/or fresh potentially income generating idea.
Why Quest
In today’s everchanging world, it is important to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in both your personal and professional life. A side hustle is a key element of your total life approach and plan.
Quest is designed to enable you to transform your idea into reality. Or if you already have something tangible, what Quest will do is enable you to refine it, grow it and have you develop it into something tangible.
As a woman of black heritage, you will have many talents and gifts. Not all of these talents and gifts will be expressed in one place. Therefore, Quest is that opportunity for you to explore the potential benefits of monetizing or indeed living the joy of converting that idea you’ve always had into something tangible and a potential source of additional income.
You will have the opportunity to do this in the company of other Solaris Alumnae Leaders and you will be supported by an experienced and dedicated Programme Lead.
What is Quest
Quest is a six months coaching programme structured in such a way as to have you achieve a milestone stage of growth and development in your chosen side hustle and business idea.
Your starting point is up to you. You may be only at idea stage. On the other hand, you may be at an advanced and profitable stage. What you will all have in common is a desire and willingness to achieve a significant uplift in your reach, close some gaps that you may experience, and/or to strengthen some areas of weakness.
Eligibility:
You are eligible to apply to join Quest after you have graduated from our Women’s Executive Leadership Development Programme and must be a Solaris Women’s Executive Leadership Development Programme Alumnae.
